- NexusWatch accounts: one account for the website and the desktop app (desktop sign-in with a code, no password typed in the app).
- Report a problem from the website or the desktop app.
- Operator kill switches (feature flags) and an audit log of every admin action.
- Desktop: overlay window and Overwatch detection by process name (no memory access), OS keychain verified.
