Privacy policy

What data NexusWatch processes and why.

Draft — pending legal review. This page describes how the software works today and will be validated before the public launch.

Your account (optional)

If you create an account we store your email, display name, a password hash (never the password), your preferences (language, default game) and your active sessions with the browser or device name — never your IP address. Delete your account at any time from the Account page: it is erased immediately with its sessions and preferences. To answer support requests, NexusWatch operators can see an account's email, sign-in methods, plan and linked services (never your password or any access token); every such access is recorded in an audit log.

Without an account

Browsing NexusWatch requires no account and no personal data. Pages are built from public game data published by the providers listed on the Sources page.

Community match reports (opt-in)

If you choose to contribute, we create an anonymous contributor identifier. We store only a SHA-256 hash of its token, the consent version you accepted and the matches you report (game, mode, map, heroes, result, date). No name, email or game account is collected.

Problem reports

When you report a problem, we store your message, its type, the game, the page or app screen and the app version. Your email is collected only if you choose to give it, and is used only to answer that report. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit abuse and is never stored.

Player profiles

Player profile pages show data that the player has made public in the game; NexusWatch does not store additional personal data about them.

Technical logs

Our servers keep technical logs (request path, status, IP address) to operate and secure the service. The retention period will be defined before the public launch.

Your rights

You can export your reports or delete your contributor identifier and all its reports at any time from the Contribute page; deletion is immediate. A contact address for other requests will be published before the public launch.

Usage statistics

We count how often each feature is used, per day and per game (for example: number of team analyses). These counts contain no identifier — no account, IP address, cookie or device id — and cannot be linked to you.

Cloud sync (Premium)

If you use cloud sync, we store one settings document with your account: your games, filters, roles, linked public profiles, language and overlay preset and widgets. Nothing about your matches or your computer. Delete it at any time from the app's Settings; it is also deleted with your account.

One-year history (Premium)

If you turn it on, your account follows one public game profile per game and NexusWatch stores once a day the public statistics shown on that profile (games, win rate, KDA, time played, per role and hero). Kept 400 days at most (one year shown). Turning it off deletes the records nobody else follows; they are also removed with your account.

Processors

No analytics, advertising or tracking service is used. Hosting providers will be listed here once chosen.
